Welcome to Ahvan ("Application"), owned and operated by Gayatritech LLC

phone, other wireless or internet-enabled device (each a "Device") or
otherwise, and by using any part of the Service or by completing any
registration or purchase process within Ahvan, you (the "User" or "you")

between you and Ahvan and supersede all prior agreements regarding the

•
Send remainders through Push Notifications.
•
View your upcoming events and retrieve past Ahvan invitations

Find the Event Location with MAP.

Save and access Favorite event information.

View and edit your User Account.
ELIGIBILITY

By using the Service, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter
into these Terms of Service or, if you are not, that you have obtained
parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms of Service.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.If you
are under 16, please do not provide any personal information to us.
•
To purchase any paid features of the Application (such as Ahvan Paid
Subscription), you must be at least 18 years old. Parents and
guardians should monitor the use of the Application by minors under
their care.
USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you
must register and create an account.
•
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account details and are fully responsible for
all activities that occur under your account.

conduct and acceptable content.

not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

notice, immediately terminate your Ahvan account and access to the
Service.

Gayatritech LLC shall be governed by the laws of the state where
Gayatritech LLC is established without regard to its conflict of law
provisions.
